  1. Anybody who owns a blog can participate in this competition, who report about the move of viventura and explain why they deserve to be taken on this trip and create a link to www.viventura.de/.com/fr in their blog.
  2. Operator of this competition is viventura GmbH, Kottbusser Damm 103a, 10967 Berlin, Germany.
  3. The participation is free. With the participation the participant accepts these T&Cs.
  4. The winner will be notified by e-mail
  5. The price cannot be paid out in cash. The winner has no right to exchange the price against a different product. The price cannot be transferred to a different person.
  6. The winner needs a valid passport, valid for a minimum of 90 days from the date of entry into the country.
  7. Viventura reserves itself the right to change these T&Cs without announcement.
  8. The data gathered from the participants will only be used for this competition and will not be saved or forwarded to third parties
  9. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded
  10. In line with the law, the organiser is liable towards the participant for damage in injuries done to  life, body or health, which result from neglect of duty, as well as other damage done by fraudulent intent. In addition the organiser is liable for damage included  in the product liablity law, as well as in the case of garanties given.

In any case the organiser is only liable for neglect of duty if their lawful spokesperson, leading emploeeys or other aids to implementation, offend a contractual obligation, which implementation makes the execution of this contract possible and which offence would endanger the accomplishment of the contract goal and in which adherence the participant could trust In these cases the liability for typical and predictable damages is limited. In all other cases the organiser does not take liability for ordinary negligence.
